Service
The terms you agree to when you use ScanPlz to browse a menu, place an order, call staff or leave feedback.

1. Who you are contracting with
ScanPlz is operated by Monkeyz Tail Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal (“ScanPlz”, “we”, “us”). By using ScanPlz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What ScanPlz is — and is not
ScanPlz is a platform. We provide the QR menu, the ordering interface, service requests and feedback tools to venues.
The venue is the seller. When you place an order, your contract for that food, drink or service is with the venue, not with ScanPlz. The venue sets prices, prepares the order, takes payment and decides refunds. We do not prepare, deliver, price or refund anything, and we are not a party to that sale.
3. Accounts
You can use the QR storefront without an account. If you create a ScanPlz account you must give accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

4. Orders and payment
- Prices, availability and taxes are set and displayed by the venue.
- An order is accepted when the venue accepts it, not when you submit it. A venue may decline or cancel.
- Refunds, substitutions and complaints about an order are handled by the venue. Contact them first — see Support.
5. Loyalty, points and vouchers
Loyalty programmes, stamps, points and vouchers are offered by the venue, not by ScanPlz. They have no cash value, and the venue may change or end a programme. Deleting your account forfeits any unredeemed balance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- place fraudulent orders or use someone else’s payment method
- submit abusive, defamatory or deliberately false feedback
- probe, scrape, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
- misuse service requests to disrupt a venue
We may suspend accounts that do these things.
7. Your content
Feedback and reviews you submit remain yours. You grant ScanPlz and the venue a non-exclusive licence to store, display and use them to operate and improve the service, including in anonymous, aggregated form.
8. Availability
We work to keep ScanPlz available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. A venue may stop using ScanPlz at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ScanPlz is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of anything a venue sells, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above changes when we do. Continuing to use ScanPlz after an update means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
